3+ yr customer. They kindly answer all my questions front and back and the front desk helps pick out good frames for my face without making the decision for me. I go back because of the kindness and the knowledge of course.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was very kind and helpful. They walked me through every step since I voiced my fear of things getting close to my eyes. Everything went smooth and fast. Didn’t have to wait or anything. Dr. Velasco is great! Took the time to answer my questions and go over what may be silly concerns to others but real to me. I lost my favorite pair of glasses. The staff helped me find the frame closest to it. There’s a reason why I’ve been a client for years and I’m going to continue coming back. Can’t wait to get my new glasses!

He diagnosed our eye concerns, explained well and showed pictures to make sure we understood. They had a wide choice of frames and were excellent in helping us make our choices and getting us checked out. This was our first visit and we were very pleased, will continue to come here and highly recommend.
